## Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Execution and Merchandising to lead our national strategy and field execution across Retail, Cash & Carry, and Impulse channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute national strategies to drive commercial priorities and brand excellence

- Manage large budgets and investments focused on execution, merchandising, and commercial productivity

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of key commercial initiatives and product launches

- Analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize resources

- Manage external partners, agencies, and distributors

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field

- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management, Business, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in leading commercial teams, Field Sales, Trade Marketing, or Retail Execution

- Strong knowledge of Retail, Cash & Carry, and Impulse channels

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to transform data into strategic plans

- Experience with external partner management, merchandising audits, and sales force digitalization

- Fluency in English
