## Description

We're looking for a senior security engineer to join our team. As a senior security engineer, you will lead OT risk assessments, gap analyses, and develop a multi-year OT security roadmap. You will also architect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments. Additionally, you will support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools. You will build systems to support automation, visibility, and threat detection for efforts across various information security and infrastructure teams. On top of that, you will independently drive security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset across the organisation. You will work closely with factory production teams to review designs and use-cases, ensuring our environments are secure by design.

Experience with routing, switching, and network design principles is required. Familiarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies when it comes to OT networks is also necessary. Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environments is required. Experience with threat modelling frameworks and applying these concepts to the OT/ICS domain is also necessary. Furthermore, experience with programming in one or more general-purpose languages (Python, Go, Rust, etc.) is required. Experience developing and implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environments is also necessary. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects is required. Have participated in or supported incident response events is also necessary. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required. Ability to travel up to 50% is also necessary.

Salary: $129,000 - $220,000 USD per year.
