## Description

The EA SPORTS UFC franchise offers an exciting experience for over 20 million players globally, delivering fluid and responsive mixed martial arts through innovative gameplay technology.

As a Development Manager on UFC, you will lead cross-functional development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines, partnering with Production, Design, Engineering, Quality Verification, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality player experiences on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing a development team consisting of Software Engineers, Animators, Artists, Producers, Designers, and QV professionals

- Providing project management support, scheduling work, tracking dependencies, identifying risks, and facilitating prioritization decisions

- Collaborating with other project managers to resolve cross-team issues and improve project management processes

- Ensuring project setup and progress align with leadership expectations and completing status reports as required

- Establishing processes to define workflows, document processes, and engage team members

The ideal candidate has:

- 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead experience with production lifecycles, processes, and project planning

- Experience in a Scrum/Agile software development environment

- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Game Development, or Business

- Experience working with expansive teams and using tools like Jira, Miro, Slack, Excel, and Google Sheets

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to use generative AI productivity tools for workflow optimization and critical validation
