## Description

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Finance Systems Development lead to support and scale our financial planning infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for developing, administering, and optimising our FP&A platform to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing, administering, and optimising our FP&A platform to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial reporting

- Designing and maintaining financial models, including building formulas, workflows, and system configurations

- Supporting potential system transitions, including implementation, data migration, and optimisation

- Providing administrative and integration support for our Headcount management platform and our Accounting & Financial close automation platform

- Partnering with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate headcount tracking and financial reporting alignment

- Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and People teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions

- Supporting ongoing process improvements and system enhancements

Required qualifications include:

- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling principles

- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Fintastic, or Adaptive, including model design, formula writing, and system configuration

- Experience managing or supporting financial systems and data workflows

terested candidates should have experience with end-to-end implementation/migration of financial planning tools, implementing or maintaining workforce planning/headcount management systems, and familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting processes.

The compensation package includes a base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is $124,000-$155,000 USD.
