You're about to play a crucial role in transforming education through design. As a K12 Education Account Manager in South Korea, you'll focus on managing school systems, building relationships with administrators, and driving growth.

**Your responsibilities:**

- Own the school system lifecycle, covering strategy, prospecting, planning, onboarding, execution, and results.

- Foster strong relationships with school system administrators, providing them with necessary support and resources.

- Serve as an ambassador for Canva Education, delivering value to customers and driving business growth.

- Understand the Canva user lifecycle, establishing close relationships with educators and learners.

- Identify trends and usage patterns, using data analysis to inform your approach.

- Drive retention and engagement, testing and iterating on lifecycle strategies.

- Seek out new customers, identifying high-value school systems and closing deals.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in the District Education Market, with a focus on classroom efficiency solutions.

- Customer success expertise, with a proven track record of driving retention and engagement.

- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Experience implementing new technologies, with a deep understanding of district-wide deployments.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

- Strong business planning skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact projects.

- Experience in community management, with a focus on social media and audience engagement.
