## Description

Wasatch Commercial Management is seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician at Wasatch Commercial Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will work collaboratively with our property management team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our tenants and visitors.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

- Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.

- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.

- Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.

- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
