## Description

Join Fiuu, a leading Southeast Asian payment gateway, as a Partner Success & Marketing Events Intern (Fintech).

As a Partner Success & Marketing Events Intern, you will support end-to-end event planning and execution, assist with onboarding partners, merchants, and vendors, and build strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support event planning and execution from conceptualization to on-site coordination

- Assist with onboarding partners, merchants, and vendors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners

- Serve as a key point of contact for client needs and expectations

- Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time

- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle

- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

- Support event marketing and promotion through multiple channels

- Assist in on-site event coordination to ensure smooth and successful delivery

- Prepare post-event reports, insights, and performance summaries

**Learning Objectives:**

- Gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and on-site operations

- Develop skills in managing client relationships and coordinating with vendors

- Understand event marketing, budget tracking, and promotional strategies

- Enhance teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing or a related field

- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities

- Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design or social media tools is an advantage

- Available for a full-time internship

- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity and innovation
