## Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our branch in Palermo. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial performance and overall management of the branch.

**Responsibilities**

- Define and manage the branch's business plan

- Maximize revenue, sales, and customer satisfaction while controlling costs

- Monitor and benchmark commercial performance

- Allocate and manage resources to optimize team performance

- Manage and develop personnel (competencies, performance, growth)

- Develop customer relationships, cross-sell, and represent the bank in the local area

- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business challenges

**Requirements**

- Good knowledge of the local socio-economic landscape

- Proven experience in investments, including knowledge of the savings and insurance sectors

- Ability to provide comprehensive advice to clients on products

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Commercial mindset
