## Description

The Director, ServiceNow Data Intelligence & Experience Product Manager leads a group of related Products within a ServiceNow Platform & Enterprise Tools Domain, ensuring they deliver measurable value, support business processes, and are continuously improved.

The role involves translating functional strategies into actionable product roadmaps, providing direction to Product Owners, and overseeing delivery execution across the product group through third-party delivery partners.

Key responsibilities include:

- Translating functional strategies into product roadmaps and delivery priorities

- Providing direction and coaching to Product Owners

- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand pain points and requirements

- Overseeing delivery execution and managing third-party delivery partners

- Promoting agile and iterative delivery practices

- Acting as the escalation point for critical product performance and delivery issues

- Championing the adoption of user-centred improvements and automation opportunities

- Ensuring effective risk, security, and compliance management

- Supporting Solution Architects in shaping cross-product and cross-platform solutions

- Tracking and reporting performance against agreed KPIs

- Providing financial oversight of the domain

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

- Industry certifications in Agile Methodologies or CPM

- Technical proficiency and understanding of Google Cloud Platform and Azure Databricks

- Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery

- Proven track record in overseeing the definition and execution of valuable Product strategies

- Deep experience in concurrently overseeing multiple Product teams

- Proficient in conveying complex technology ideas to non-conversant audiences

- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Highly experienced team leader

- Very strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2/3 days a week onsite at the company's central London HQ.
