## Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bright Lives Wellbeing Coaching Service to join our team as a Wellbeing Coach providing early intervention and support for adults in Islington.

As a Bright Lives Wellbeing Coach, you will be responsible for supporting residents to build individual and community capacity and resilience through providing practical medium-term support leading to positive long-term outcomes and sustainable change.

The main duties of the job include:

- Providing one-to-one therapeutic coaching as a medium-term intervention for adults who do not meet the threshold for statutory services;

- Supporting residents to develop and utilise personal and local community networks to develop practical solutions to meet their aspirations and needs;

- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with a wide range of vulnerable residents.
