## About the Team

Meesho's Finance team plays a crucial role in the company's success. As Assistant Manager - Finance, you'll join a team of 50+ professionals in domains like Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation.

## About the Role:

We're seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to enable the scale-up of Supply Chain for Meesho's Marketplace platform by providing value-added finance solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, creating new systems and processes.

### Responsibilities

- Analyse data using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other GenAI methods to provide insights for Meesho's marketplace growth.

- Develop automated programs to validate invoices from external Logistics Partners and resolve billing errors.

- Create supplier scorecards covering quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance, and perform operational and credit risk assessments.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and participate in process-optimization initiatives.

- Present analytical insights and dashboards to stakeholders across levels.

- Perform provision vs actuals analysis and report deviations.

- Coordinate with Internal & Statutory Auditors for timely closure of audit requirements.

- Provide innovative finance solutions to business challenges.

- Set up systems for maintaining positive vendor relationships through effective communication.

### Requirements

- Chartered Accountant or MBA.

- Articleship in Big 4 preferred.

- 0-1 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in a startup, with experience in Supply Chain finance being an added advantage.

- Strong business acumen with a financial inclination.

- Good understanding of Accounting nuances.

- Demonstrated experience in Business Partnering & external stakeholder management.

- Strong bias for speed of execution.

- Ability to multitask, think critically, and execute tactically.

- Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems.
