## Description

We are seeking a Manager II, Engineering - Database Monitoring (AI) to lead our Database Monitoring product, focusing on AI features and developer personas. You will build and develop engineering teams, partner with Product, and launch new capabilities that deliver measurable value to developers.

Responsibilities:

- Launch new products and businesses into new markets

- Drive adoption and business outcomes alongside technical delivery

- Continuously challenge the team to think about new vectors for market penetration

- Own the roadmap of the Database Monitoring product

- Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple geographies

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience partnering directly with customers to refine product experiences

- Proven track record scaling exceptional product engineering teams

- Experience deploying applications on Postgres
