## Description

Grab is seeking a Specialist, Driver Enforcement to join its team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing driver compliance standards, conducting investigations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure adherence to traffic regulations and organisational policies.

The Central Operations team is a key part of Grab Vietnam's country operations, supporting the smooth and efficient running of Grab's marketplace operations, with a strong focus on driver-partners, merchant-partners, operational quality, and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting in-depth investigations into driver violations

- Reviewing driver records and safety data to identify patterns and ensure strict compliance with traffic laws and Grab's policies

- Interviewing drivers and witnesses objectively to obtain critical statements for enforcement cases

- Making sound, data-driven decisions regarding enforcement actions

- Preparing accurate case documentation and maintaining organised records of all enforcement activities

- Partnering with regional management teams to deploy and execute initiatives focused on elevating the service quality of Grab driver-partners

- Communicating enforcement outcomes and rationale to drivers, internal management, and relevant stakeholders

- Tracking driver compliance metrics and analysing enforcement data to spot trends and drive continuous improvement

- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and objectivity in all enforcement proceedings

- Staying abreast of current Vietnamese regulations and changes in company policies

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of proven experience in driver enforcement, compliance, or regulatory roles

- Strong grasp of traffic laws and foundational knowledge of legal principles

- Proven ability to connect cross-functional teams and drive the end-to-end execution of operational plans

- Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and analyse evidence objectively

- Proficiency in report writing and navigating internal databases

- Basic skills in using Google Sheets and Google Slides
