## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in France. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing merchant relationships, and driving revenue growth by achieving quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the e-commerce and POS integration landscape, and an established network within the hospitality industry and retail chains.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with merchants, key decision-makers, and industry partners. Managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiations, contract closure, and account management. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of merchant partners. Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and POS integration. Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements include:

Experience in B2B payment sales and business development. Knowledge of e-commerce and POS integration is an advantage. Existing connections with medium and large hotel/retail chains are a must. Fluency in English and French. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
