At Capital One, you will be the heartbeat of our branch as a Full Time Branch Ambassador. Your role involves providing exceptional hospitality, building relationships, and blending friendly service with cutting-edge digital innovation. You will execute high-volume cash transactions accurately, maintain a compliance-first mindset, and educate clients on mobile banking and digital tools.

Responsibilities:

- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy

- Maintain a compliance-first mindset to ensure security and regulatory standards are met

- Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments

- Identify personal or business goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions

- Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure customers feel welcome

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

- Tech fluency and ability to teach others how to use digital tools

- Precision and detail in executing transactions and following procedures

- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
