Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering a market leading customer experience.

You’ll be working in a high-demand environment, providing 1 to 1 styling in suits, offering a five-star bra fit experience or a tailor-made beauty routine.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating genuine connections with customers through fitting appointments and style advice

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to provide a personalised five-star service

- Balancing speed and accuracy while maintaining high standards

- Adapting to where you’re needed, when you’re needed

The working pattern for this role is: Week 1:

- Sunday: 15:00-19:00

- Wednesday: 15:00-19:00

- Thursday: 15:00-19:00

Week 2:

- Monday: 15:00-19:00

- Saturday: 15:00-19:00
