## Description

We are seeking a Database Administrator to work under close guidance or supervision, responsible for creating and maintaining the IQVIA database.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of additions and modifications to the IQVIA sales databases through input from internal and external sources

- Identifying and resolving routine exceptions through Quality Control review and/or maintenance within the file

- Making monthly verification of supplier data processing and output, and applying corrections as needed

- Visually monitoring data for trends in the monthly client information

- Uploading/downloading data upon demand

- Maintaining documentation of Quality Control Procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with an IT background) and up to two (2) years of experience (preferably data analysis)

- Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Proficiency in SQL – Beginner to Intermediate Level

- Experience working with databases and data analysis tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good written/oral communication skills

- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

- Willing to work in the night shift and in the Taguig area.
