## Description

We are looking for a Welcome Agent to join our dynamic team at Lille-Europe terminal. As the face of Eurostar, you will provide exceptional customer experience, assist with various commercial and sanitary operations, and manage terminal spaces.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and addressing their needs

- Manage groups, people with reduced mobility, and minors according to our procedures and regulations

- Ensure quality service, adhering to safety and security guidelines

Requirements:

- Strong sense of service and responsibility

- Dynamic and proactive approach

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Fluent English (B1 level equivalent)

- Computer literacy

- Stress resistance and resilience in challenging situations

- Customer service experience

- Team-oriented mindset
