## Description

This position directly supports the Business Unit and primarily works on online quote and bind platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying system functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhering to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format.

- Ensuring systems are high in code and component quality and are easily modified to support future requirements.

- Performing broad and detailed impact assessments relating people, processes, and/or technology, and estimating user stories using relative sizing of story points.

- Identifying and raising issues and risks with functional design.

- Participating in key ceremonies to drive execution, improve flow, and ensure transparency.

- Planning work via the preparation for and participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Sprint Planning.

- Demonstrating working code to Product and Business Owners and supporting the Product Owner in the execution of the iteration and PI System Demos.

- Actively participating in the Sprint Retrospectives and Inspect & Adapt to timely discuss opportunities for improvement and are responsible for carrying out the execution of improvement stories.

- Practicing continuous exploration, continuous integration, and continuous deployment necessary for building the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and implementing DevOps.

- Offering innovative ideas within the area of focus to improve processes.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

- BS in Computer Science or similar

- Full English Fluency

- Experience in Full stack development including Java/J2EE and front-end technologies like Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

- Experience working with Java frameworks like Spring, SpringBoot, and Hibernate

- Proficient in Angular concepts and libraries like State Management, Redux framework, RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material

- SQL - Intermediate (2- 3 Years)
