## Description

The Sales Activator's primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts.

## Areas that play to your strengths

### LONG TERM SALES DRIVERS

- Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

- Ensure in-store presence meets Perfect Store standards.

- Increase permanent product disruption points in ambient and cold locations.

- Maintain and increase product range in all stores.

### BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Cover a defined territory and complete all allocated calls.

- Effectively cover all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies.

- Understand retailer ways of working and terminology.

- Identify opportunities to expand in-store presence.

- Ensure retail satisfaction responses highlight sales effectiveness.

### SHORT TERM SALES DRIVERS

- Drive execution of national and local promotion opportunities.

- Report non-compliance in a timely manner.

- Pre-sell promotional activity to accounts.

- Drive effective communication amongst the RBDC distribution team.

- Lead market activations and in-store activations for all accounts.

### PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Regularly use hands to handle, feel, reach, talk, or hear.

- Frequently walk and sit.

- Occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Lift and move up to 25 pounds of inventory.

- Operate a motor vehicle over 10,000 pounds.

- Obtain and maintain a valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.

## PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven sales or customer service track record.

- Prior sales experience preferred.

- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.

- Additional language skills an advantage.
