## Description

We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to join our operations team in Taman Desa, Selangor. As a Fleet Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily fleet operations and driving improvements in delivery performance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers

- Improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics

- Analyze fleet utilization and route planning, collaborating with the management and algorithms team to optimize routes

- Prioritize and plan local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy

- Develop new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools

- Collaborate with teams and departments to improve existing software across operational touchpoints

- Contribute to shaping Ninja Van's long-term strategy and expanding capabilities across fleets to explore new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- No formal experience is required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous

- Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to gather data, interpret, and develop process improvements

We offer a competitive salary of RM2,050 - RM2,300 per month.
