## Description

As a Boutique Supervisor at Chanel, you will support and encourage the Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisors to deliver the ultimate luxury customer experience.

You will act as a bridge between boutique management and the sales team, supervising daily operations, upholding brand image standards, and facilitating efficient floor activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Elevating the boutique's image and customer experience by ensuring high standards in visual merchandising, grooming, and service

- Driving team performance through coaching, feedback, and conflict management

- Fostering client-centric relationships, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction

- Supporting business growth by analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and proposing operational improvements

- Leading projects and collaborating across divisions to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Solid retail experience, preferably in luxury or Watches and Fine Jewelry, with proven coaching and supervisory skills

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement

- Competence in business analysis, planning, and organizing

- Presentable appearance and strong teamwork skills

- Computer literacy and openness to learning new systems
