## Description

We're seeking a Warehouse Superintendent to lead transformation and drive performance at our Romulus, MI location. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, enforce safety regulations, and impact operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, claims processing, and building maintenance

- Deliver objectives such as building safety, positive UAW relationships, error rate, denial rate, and inventory accuracy

- Supervise and train GSR 6/7 staff and supervisors, and oversee building organization and cleanliness

- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Plant Manager to execute warehouse tasks and performance metrics

- Champion quality continuous improvement initiatives and deliver objectives related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or GED

- 3-5 years of experience in a plant or warehouse environment

- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to ensure accountability

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees

- Working knowledge of Windows programs and SAP/EWM systems
