## Description

We are looking for a Commercial Activation Program Manager to join our Commercial Activation team on FC. As a Commercial Activation Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Global Commercial Management and play a key role in building collaborative relationships to improve growth and positive outcomes.

The Commercial Management function within EA SPORTS operates across several primary responsibilities:

- Team Ambassadorship: collaborating with Studio, Brand, and Finance partners on behalf of Commercial Teams

- Distribution Execution: ensuring EA's games are available in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price

- Revenue Responsibility: guiding how EA SPORTS titles interface with the forecast and planning process

- Growth Innovation: brainstorming, proposing, and implementing Commercial growth drivers

- Strategy Creation: creating the Commercial portion of a product strategy

Responsibilities:

- Commercial Planning and Activation: leading the development of the Commercial Chapter, outlining the annual Commercial and Executional Strategies for FC

- 1P and Partner Management: representing FC with first-party platform and store partners

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a Commercial, Publishing, Strategy, or Product Management function

- Experience managing live service performance and understanding of acquisition, engagement, and monetization KPIs

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

- Natural communicator and storyteller

- Experience developing and delivering high-impact commercial projects and programs
