## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised professional to manage our Broadcast Marketing digital asset library and support post-production activities.

This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth handling of video footage and marketing content.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Manage and organise the digital asset library, including footage ingestion, file conversions, and uploads/downloads.

- Support post-production workflows and coordinate with creative teams and external editors.

- Perform simple video edits when needed.

- Handle administrative tasks including billings, vendor contracts, and meeting scheduling.

- Ensure video assets meet Disney brand standards and project timelines.

**Requirements**

- Diploma or above; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in video production, media, or TV-related fields.

- Knowledge of video formats and hands-on skills in Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus).

- Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive tasks.
