## Description

We are seeking a Plant Controller to join our team at the Santhià plant in Italy.

As a Plant Controller, you will play a key role in managing and controlling the plant's activities, providing essential support to the management team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare periodic reports to monitor plant activities based on business analysis

- Develop and implement additional control reports to enhance data quality and management information

- Collect and consolidate plant management data

- Oversee the creation of a monthly dashboard, including quantitative and economic information on business performance and profitability

- Conduct thorough monthly analysis of business trends, producing a comprehensive Operational Report

- Coordinate the preparation of the annual product budget and periodic revisions

- Analyse budget variances and identify areas for improvement

- Actively participate in cross-functional improvement projects

- Ensure correct implementation of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology, focusing on Cost Deployment

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial management control within structured and modern organisations in the automotive or manufacturing sector

- Excellent spoken and written English language skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing

- Familiarity with a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and determination
