## Description

The Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations, focusing on inventory management, fleet management, safety management, and day-to-day operations to achieve operational excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

### Execution

- Receive deliveries and manage warehouse rotation of product

- Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory counts and track inventory on trucks and in the warehouse

- Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and act as secondary contact for warehouse access and security

- Implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs

- Schedule and deliver fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly

- Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse

- Ensure nightly loading process complies with company policies

- Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards

### Safety

- Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training

- Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions

- Follow all accident and injury reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System

- Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage

**Travel and Benefits:**
