## Description

We are seeking a Vice President for Card Product and Portfolio in our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) business in Taipei.

The role has direct responsibility for card product development and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing end-to-end card products to ensure alignment with business strategies and market needs

- Overseeing relationships with Card Associations (Visa/MasterCard), regional/group product teams, and external partners

- Managing product teams to deliver business objectives

- Implementing customer life-cycle card strategies to meet business targets

- Providing actionable decision support and value-added market analysis

- Monitoring portfolio performance and making business-driven decisions

- Proposing, planning, and implementing comprehensive product and portfolio strategies

- Formulating and driving marketing/sales programs to grow the business profile and maximize profitability

- Delivering product P&L and major KPIs

- Managing budgets and communications for new programs to enhance product performance

- Ensuring compliance with government and company regulations

The successful candidate will have:

- Card management-related experience with a proven track record; managerial experience preferred

- University graduation or above, preferably in a commercial field

- Financial industry working experience and adequate knowledge of credit card products

- Ability to drive business results through independent planning and execution

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Strategic thinking and strong data analysis skills
