## Description

We are looking for an Innovatie Specialist to join our ePartners team at KPN SME. As an Innovatie Specialist, you will be responsible for discovering, initiating, and implementing digital improvements within the online journeys of our Business Partners.

Your main tasks will include:

- Analysing and discussing processes, user experiences, and data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement

- Developing ideas and proposals for digital solutions that meet the needs of partners and KPN's goals

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Business Partners to shape solution directions

- Working with architects, Product Owners, and squads to further develop initiatives

- Monitoring the impact of improvements and gathering feedback to inform future steps

We require:

- At least 5 years of experience in optimizing online customer journeys

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Technical knowledge and affinity with digital systems, portals, APIs, and data sharing

- Experience working in an environment where business and IT work closely together

- A proactive, solution-focused attitude

In return, we offer:

- A gross monthly salary of at least €4658 and up to €6814, depending on experience

- A 13th month salary, part of which is paid monthly and part in January of the following year
