## Description

Join Accenture as a Senior Data Migration Consultant and make a meaningful difference by driving success through your expertise.

You will lead end-to-end data migration activities for Murex MX.3 implementation and transformation projects, defining migration strategies, mapping approaches, reconciliation frameworks and cutover plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating migration activities across trade, static, market, collateral and financial data domains

- Designing and overseeing ETL processes, data transformation, validation and reconciliation

- Managing migration testing, mock runs, dress rehearsals and production cutover

- Working closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance and Technology teams

- Leading migration teams and providing stakeholder reporting on migration readiness and project progress

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 10+ years of data migration experience within banking or capital markets projects

- Proven experience leading Murex MX.3 migration workstreams on large-scale implementation or upgrade programs

- Strong knowledge of Murex data model, trade lifecycle and capital markets products

- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Shell Scripting and ETL tools

- Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, data quality and cutover execution

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills

Preferred skills:

- Experience migrating from platforms such as Kondor+, Calypso, Summit or other trading systems

- MxML Exchange bulk loading experience

- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory or other cloud ETL platforms

- Murex certification
