## Description

We are seeking a Director, Creator Growth to lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform, ShopYourLikes. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships

- Build a pipeline of high-value creators and develop compelling offers to win their business

- Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings

- Build and manage a team to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine

Requirements:

- 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce

- Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline

- Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators

- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The OTE Pay Range is $130,000 - $195,000 USD.
