## Description

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the bar operations at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, a 5-star hotel located in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia.

As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing bar operations, leading and training bar staff, and implementing quality control procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing bar operations, including service standards, inventory management, and staff performance

- Leading, training, and supervising bar staff

- Managing bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation

- Developing and maintaining innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs

- Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with beverage vendors and suppliers

- Implementing quality control procedures

- Monitoring and managing staff scheduling

- Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement

- Maintaining detailed records of sales, inventory, and staff performance

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury setting

- Fluent English speaking

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage operations

- Strong inventory control, stock management, and cost-control skills

- Creativity in developing drink menus, promotions, and new concepts

- Proficiency in bar management systems, POS software, and inventory management tools

- Outstanding customer service skills
