## Description

We are seeking a Junior Regional Marketing Manager to support our Field Marketing team in Augsburg. The successful candidate will help establish a regional face for the brand, ensuring it resonates with consumers in a relevant way, aligned with global and national strategies.

The role involves strategic management and development of key areas in the South region, focusing on Augsburg and Allgäu. You will work on organising local events, activations, and projects, ensuring high-quality implementation and positive consumer experiences. Regular reporting and analysis of projects are crucial to continually improve future initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic handling and development of relevant playgrounds in the South region

- Qualitative execution of 3rd party events, activations, and Red Bull projects

- Proactive project management to ensure positive consumer experiences

- Regular reporting and project analysis

- Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities

- Collaborating with various teams and partners

- Overseeing the Student Marketeer Program in the Augsburg region

- Supporting the Senior Field Marketing Manager in business planning and local marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Completed university degree

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- Experience in marketing (first professional experience or diverse practical experience)

- Strong interest in sports, fitness, gaming, lifestyle, and social media

- Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality

- Excellent communication and networking skills

- Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills

- Analytical abilities

- Digital native with knowledge of current trends

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Familiarity with the region

- Travel readiness (40-50%)
