### Job Summary

The Senior Manager, White Space Design leads the design of white space infrastructure and fit-out across CoreWeave's expanding data center portfolio. You will own the development and administration of the White Space Basis of Design while performing comprehensive technical reviews of infrastructure layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations.

### Responsibilities

- Lead the design of white space infrastructure and fit-out across CoreWeave's expanding data center portfolio

- Develop and administer the White Space Basis of Design

- Perform comprehensive technical reviews of infrastructure layouts, power distribution, and cooling configurations

- Act as a hands-on technical expert and manage internal and external design resources

- Collaborate with cross-functional construction and operations teams to ensure designs are scalable, constructable, and seamlessly handed off for deployment

- Drive daily cross-functional alignment with Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, and Commissioning teams

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

- 15+ years of experience in data center design, mission-critical infrastructure engineering, or white space design leadership

- Direct experience with data center white space infrastructure systems

- Experience working as a consulting engineer, design consultant, or owner's representative overseeing third-party design consultants

- Documented knowledge of low voltage infrastructure systems

- Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and design change documentation

- Hands-on proficiency with engineering and project management tools

- Compliance and working knowledge of data center design standards and industry guidelines

### Preferred Qualifications

- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

- Experience supporting hyperscale, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or high-density compute environments

- Practical familiarity with capacity planning, scalability modeling, and design standardization
