## Description

This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, strengthening the agency force, and building a strong talent pipeline to support long-term business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute agency recruitment strategies to grow manpower across target markets.

- Develop the recruitment proposition and clearly articulate the Chubb edge to attract top agency talent.

- Organize recruitment activities such as seminars, campaigns, incentive and agency engagement programs.

- Identify, attract, and onboard qualified agency talent.

- Build strong relationships with agency leaders and key stakeholders.

- Work closely with other departments such as Agency Management, Branding & Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and Global Office to support recruitment programs and events.

- Develop agency leaders' capability in recruitment and management to strengthen agency growth and performance.

- Review the recruitment process, establish standard procedures and approval flows, and enhance operational efficiencies.

- Maintain dashboard tracking and reporting for management to support visibility of recruitment progress and performance.

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the agency force.

**Qualifications:**

- Over 10 years of experience in agency recruitment or agency development.

- Good knowledge of agency structure, agency compensation, and recognition programs and recruitment packages.

- Proven track record in agency recruitment, sales development, or distribution growth.

- Strong network-building and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.

- Creative problem solver.

- Self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
