We are seeking a Property Manager to administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial buildings, and/or serviced apartments. The successful candidate will work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants, and act as the company's representative to deal with client and tenant enquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial buildings, and/or serviced apartments

- Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants

- Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline

- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a sizable property management company

- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC, and related ordinances is preferred

- Initiative and able to work independently

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- PMP Tier 1 Licence holder preferable

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Strong in report writing

- Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
