## Description

As a Portfolio Leader, Semiconductor Materials, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

You will drive strategy and portfolio direction for advanced semiconductor materials, lead and align a global, cross-functional team operating across multiple time zones, and consult with the leadership team to set and execute long-term strategic direction and operating plans.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing business strategies and creating solutions for highly complex, multi-faceted challenges

- Providing marketing leadership across customer insights, economic analysis, market research, new product introductions, strategic planning, integrated communications, pricing, and CRM strategy and platform design

- Ensuring the application of appropriate marketing principles and establishing standards and performance measures for assigned business areas or product lines

- Planning, organizing, and directing all marketing activities and policies across multiple disciplines

- Coaching and developing team members to optimize pricing, merchandising, processes, CRM utilization, sales processes, sales operations analytics, and customer insights

- Leading strategic growth initiatives for assigned business areas

- Serving at the Management Operations Committee or Leadership Team level for large, complex international subsidiaries

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 12 years of semiconductor or manufacturing experience

- 5 years of experience in a P&L leadership role managing teams of at least 10 members

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- MBA and Master's degree in chemical engineering, material science or related discipline

- Experience leading a portfolio of products totaling over $200 Million

- Experience setting strategy and vision for organizations of over 20 product managers

- Experience leading a global team spanning multiple time-zones, with an emphasis on APAC market

The expected compensation range for this position is $287,281 - $351,122, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
