- Provide appropriate risk-type language to Contract Authors via DB’s Contract Lifecycle Management system, using the defined playbook or guidance document.

- Liaise and coordinate between Service Owner , relevant RTCs and Legal SMEs for complex clause deviations during contract negotiations.

- Consult the Contract Advisory Team (CAT), who operate as the first point of contact for user-related service requests, on assigned contract-related queries.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for updates to clauses in digitalized templates and playbooks/guidance and assist in identifying system issues.

- Support the updates to playbooks/guidance documents, following updates to clauses as agreed through the Contract Quality Council (CQC).
