## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer - Football Data Management to join their team in Köln, Germany.

As an Assistant Producer I – Data Management within the Data Collection & Licensing (DC&L) team for EA SPORTS FC, you will help bring real-world football into the game. You will combine football expertise with database research to deliver authentic player and team information, supporting assigned leagues under the guidance of experienced data owners.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate player and team data updates within agreed production schedules for assigned leagues.

- Verify player information, appearance, and preferences, and review attributes, PlayStyles, squad composition, formations, and tactics to reflect real-world football.

- Track matches, transfers, and player performances, sharing findings with the team.

- Document changes, identify data issues, and report delays to relevant data owners.

- Collaborate with producers, data editors, Game Design, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve data issues and improve workflows.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in data management, production coordination, football research, or related projects.

- Knowledge of professional football, including major leagues, transfers, player roles, and tactical formations.

- Experience comparing sources, identifying conflicting information, and documenting findings.

- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets to organise and compare data, and experience with AI-assisted tools.

- Ability to track assigned work against agreed delivery dates and share findings in written and spoken English.
