## Description

We are seeking a Treasury Manager - Americas to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will oversee Americas Global Network Treasury Operations, including liquidity management, forecasting, and FX operations.

The Treasury team is responsible for all aspects of International Cash & Liquidity Management, Cashflow forecasting, Working Capital management, and Foreign Exchange. Our team is a friendly, collaborative environment that values interaction and exchange of ideas and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee Americas Global Network Treasury Operations, including liquidity management, forecasting, and FX operations.

- Work with the FX Manager & Network to operationalise new FX liquidity providers in the Americas.

- Develop an Americas operational banking roadmap and onboard new banks with the Bank Relationship Manager.

- Manage credit facilities as part of the broader pool of Treasury working capital in Americas.

- Evaluate, maintain, and improve the Treasury control framework and the Risk Register.

- Collaborate with the Treasury Technology development team on automation projects.

- Manage and develop a team of high-performing, globally distributed Treasury professionals.

**Requirements:**

- At least 8 years of experience operating within a corporate or financial services' Treasury function.

- Understanding and experience of treasury accounting, including FX, liquidity, cashflow, and various financial instruments.

- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.

- Familiarity with online Banking platforms.

- Knowledge of Payment Systems.

- Proficiency in English for daily business communications.
