## Description

As an Outbound Tele Sales Agent, you will engage with members through outbound calls to schedule virtual appointments with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to promote and schedule virtual appointments.

- Communicate the benefits of virtual appointments and enhance members' healthcare experience.

- Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage members to schedule appointments.

- Address member questions and concerns regarding virtual services.

- Maintain detailed records of calls and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.

- Perform follow-ups with members, external entities, and providers.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve scheduling targets.

- Stay informed about healthcare services and offerings.

- Follow compliance and regulatory requirements when handling member information.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to connect with customers and build emotional engagement.

- Simplify complexity to deliver an optimal customer experience.

- Comfortable working in a telephonic-intensive environment.

- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Telephonic sales experience (inbound, outbound).

- Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage.

- Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Work Arrangements:

- Remote position in Mississippi.

- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,900 per year
