## Description

As a Supply Planner at 3M, you will be responsible for Finished Goods planning for an assigned business portfolio to achieve target service levels within inventory and cost objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Determine replenishment needs based on demand forecasts and execute timely purchases

- Define planning parameters, maintain master data in the system, and manage supply variabilities

- Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory, and establishing safety stock parameters

- Work closely with imports, warehouse, and customer service to ensure target order fill rates are met

- Collaborate with Demand Planners and the Manufacturing team to resolve demand and supply-related constraints

- Monitor receipts and transfers to ensure timely delivery and availability of product

- Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plans

- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution

- Conduct root cause analysis of KPIs and drive improvement plans

- Drive OTIF, Back Order, Finished Goods Inventory, and Obsolescence metrics

- Participate in S&OP and New Product Launch

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen

- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

- Team player with excellent communication skills

Education and Experience:

- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations

- Experience in Supply Planning and Inventory Management

- Proficiency in Supply Chain principles and S&OP

- Preferred knowledge of LLS methodologies and SAP system skills
