## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Work Pattern: Thursday - 13:00-17:00 Friday - 13:00-17:00 Saturday - 13:00-17:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who takes pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and is ready to recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
