## Description

We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion's growth across EMEA. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team

- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution

- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative

- Lead regional demand generation

- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns

- Enable the wider regional team

- Scale with AI

- Measure and sharpen

Requirements:

- 12+ years in B2B marketing

- Proven people leadership

- Narrative and content mastery

- Demand generation depth

- AI fluency

- EMEA market knowledge

- Cross-functional influence

Nice to haves:

- Notion user

- Business level proficiency in French or German

- Experience with freemium business models
