## Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Dev Team Member III to join our team in Hyderabad. As an Agile Dev Team Member III, you will have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience and a strong background in development or testing. You will be expected to provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods, adhere to coding standards, and ensure high-quality systems that are easily modified to support future requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying system functionality

- Providing technical feasibility using a range of coding methods

- Adhering to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format

- Ensuring systems are high in code and component quality

- Defining and executing tests early, often, and at multiple levels

- Analyzing system and business requirements for testability

- Developing, documenting, executing, and maintaining test cases and test data

- Reporting status of test plan execution through defect logs and defect tracking system

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Strong background in development or testing

- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Java, REST API, and Insurance Domain Knowledge

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

As an Agile Dev Team Member III, you will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, participate in key ceremonies, and drive execution, improvement, and transparency.
