## Description

We are seeking a Dealer Business Consultant to work with dealership management teams to define performance and set direction for business development and growth.

The successful candidate will provide definition and execution of strategic initiatives to improve dealership operations efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform in-depth analysis and develop strategic plans to improve dealership performance in new vehicle sales, pre-owned, parts, and service

- Act as a business partner to field managers and communicate suggestions for implementing best practices

- Introduce new processes to staff and promote positive change within the dealership

- Coordinate focus group meetings and workshop preparedness

- Conduct survey analysis of competitors and customers

- Develop specific quantitative goals to affect overall Porsche goals

Qualifications:

- BS in Business Management, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred

- 10+ years of leadership experience in the automotive industry

- 5+ years of in-dealership consulting experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to think innovatively and get results
