## Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our equipment and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.

- Driving LEAN and PM activities with the Maintenance team, including Kaizens.

- Leading maintenance projects with responsibility for maintenance related Capex.

- Budgeting and resource management - optimize maintenance costs while maintaining high standards.

- Leading and supervising the maintenance team, including employee development.

- Conducting inspections and audits of machinery and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Collaborating with other departments such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

- Responding to emergencies such as equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years’ experience in maintenance with at least 3 to 5 years in management. You will also need a Government Certificate of Competency for Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and proficiency in computerised maintenance management systems.
