## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at NEXT in Rotherham. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse automation and equipment.

**Salary:** £21.32 per hour basic pay, plus 15% nights premium and bonus scheme, with a full-year OTE of circa £54,000 (basic, premium, bonus) plus overtime opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Fault-finding and diagnosis on a range of PLC-controlled equipment

- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and robots

- Analysis and resolution of electrical and mechanical faults and repairs

- Conducting regular inspections and assisting in the completion and review of risk assessments

- Working with ASI and Profibus systems

- Working at heights of up to 20m with appropriate training

**Requirements:**

- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Electrical Maintenance Engineering or equivalent

- Experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer or Technician

- PLC experience

- Experience working with the maintenance of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors

- Resilient and able to work well under pressure

- Team player and good communicator

- Flexible with a ‘can-do’ approach and able to adapt to a changing environment and working hours

- PC literate
