The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) is seeking members for its Executive Committee. The committee is composed of various roles including President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Members at Large.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- President: Leads the organization and sets strategic direction

- President-Elect: Supports the President and assumes leadership role as needed

- Secretary: Oversees administrative tasks and record-keeping

- Treasurer: Manages financial affairs and budget

- Board Members at Large: Contribute to organizational decision-making and governance
