## Description

The Manager, AI Business Integration and Transformation serves as the BU’s senior operational leader responsible for executing AI driven automation, efficiency initiatives, and workflow transformation across R and D, Manufacturing, and Sales cost centers.

## What you'll do

Lead execution of AI integration initiatives across R and D, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver workflow efficiencies and measurable business impact.

- Partner with cost center managers to assess current state workflows, identify automation opportunities, and drive adoption of AI enabled process redesigns.
